WBS definition, concept and approach

A Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a hierarchy that turns complex projects into manageable pieces. Guided by the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), we group activities with similar attributes into logical levels: concrete, finishes, MEP, or floor‑by‑floor breakdowns.

The main goal is to reach an appropriate level of detail for transparency, accurate scheduling and reliable reports.

In this video, I explain the concept of WBS.
A strong WBS is the foundation for control, efficiency, and successful delivery.
