Creating a progress matrix in Power BI

A progress matrix provides a clear view of planned versus actual performance.

By listing activities, we can display:

- Planned percentage (early distribution)

- Planned percentage (late distribution)

- Actual percentage

- Variance

- Delay/ahead indicator

With proper formatting and responsiveness, the matrix becomes an interactive tool that highlights deviations and supports accurate project tracking.
